This makes sense, I think. The engine came with a few modifications. It had a 2,4S distributor (machined to fit the case) and throttle bodies modified with vacum. I believe this should give slightly better emissions. If this is what the sticker is referring to, this means it was not placed there when the car was new. Can you see any dates on it? Will send you some pictures of the modifications.
