I would love to someday visit the "island of lost parts".

Among other things, there is a 66mm lightened race crank there enjoying eternal rest, never again able to spin to 8500 rpm.

Try for a 100% refund and let him contest the amount, if he can prove his point the credit $ goons will make their decision much like an insurance claim.

I would love to go for 100% refund but he has gone quiet at the thought of even just half. Thinking I might need to name and shame in the next few days if I dont hear from him

ll its almost 2 months since I started this thread which would make it about 5 months since I paid for the rear bumpers I purchased of a forum member that never showed up. After multiple requests to try and recover my money including agreeing to accept only half back what I paid I have got to the point of anger.

In last emails I received from him he stated he would refund half my money at on 1st of November... well its now into the second week of November and still nothing, not a peep.

As I stated to the board, and to the individual, I would out him as a liar if he hadnt paid when he said he would. I dont like doing this but I feel ripped off and am really angry.

So, my advice, do not deal with Jose Moreno from Spain. His user name on the forum is JM993RS and currently has a very nice build thread for his 911R tribute. Yip, some of my money has helped build that.

Jose, I clearly stated this would happen. If you dont appreciate this maybe it will spark you into giving me my refund I have waited for months for.

If my airing of dirty washing on the forum offends anyone (with the exception of Jose!) I am truely sorry but he knew this was coming and still has not done anything about a refund. This is my last resort.

From Frank: "Among other things, there is a 66mm lightened race crank there enjoying eternal rest, never again able to spin to 8500 rpm."

Frank, I think that is "eternal rust".
