    yes i really hope they let it do someone with the right spirit....but i doubt that they will keep any patina or any of the old coco insulation material....

    I will send some good pics of the left side monday, fuel door mechanism is gone unfortunately. When you're going to have one made I would like to join for one more.

    It was too far gone to make a restoration worthwhile and also they like the patina look and I have to say I think it's better off as is.

    Looks like the 68 911L is from the 720 copies made for Europe or ROW. Looks like it has Rally experience from the stripes on the hood and rally lights. I wonder if the 911 is a Rally lightweight of which only about 35 were made. Chris
