    From the photograph, between the bolt spacing on your lights and the width of the flange on the hood bracing it should be fairly easy to scale out the size of the backing plate. It's not as if anyone is going to care about a few mm if you get the basic shape correct.

    But isn't there is also a downward "bend" at one of the rear corner?
