    Dear all,

    We (Massimo, Tony, Uli and I) are pleased to announce the 1st EUROPEAN Early911Sregistry Gathering on June 26th and 27th 2015 in Stuttgart Germany !

    Open to all air-cooled Porsche.

    CATEGORIES

    Category 1:“The Esses”
    This category includes the following original models:
    - 911 “S” up to and including the “F” series (MY 1973)
    - 911 2.7 RS
    - All the special / competition cars produced until 1973 (R, T/R, S/T, RSR)
    - Other historically important models as established by the Jury

    Category 2: “The Longhoods”
    This category includes all the original 911 and 912 up to and including the up to and including the “F” series (MY 1973) which are not eligible for “The Esses” category

    Category 3: “The Aircooled”
    This category includes all the original air cooled Porsche - badged models (all pre-1963, all 911/964/993 series, 912E, 914/6) not eligible for category 1 and 2

    Category 4: “The Outlaw”
    This category includes all the modified, customized, backdated, replica, tribute cars not eligible for category 1 and 3 (air cooled Porsche)


    The program is stunning with a variety of events!!!! see below :
    Agenda

    On Friday.

    Factory Tour (20 to 25 People) - limited number of seats - first in first served at on-line registration. (Full - no more seats)
    Lunch in Boxenstopp.
    Porsche Museum with a Guide.
    Road book to Weissach.
    Concours d'elegance with 4 categories and famous and recognised Judges - polish your cars folks !!!!
    Diner BBQ at Weissach.


    On Saturday .
    Black forest 310 kms loop in total (with a possible shorter trip for the one that could be tired of driving their Porsche (how come ???))
    Breakfast with Drivers briefing
    Lunch
    Afternoon break and back to the camp.

    Event Fees
    Payment via a dedicated paypal account (already active) : europeansregistrygathering AT gmail.com - please add paypal fees on top.


    Week end fees (Friday + Saturday) :

    Inclusive : Porsche Museum entry ticket + Roadbook + Concours d'elegance + Friday evening BBQ diner + Grill Badge or Rallye plate + Road book + Saturday Breakfast, Saturday lunch (excl. Drinks), Saturday coffee break.

    Not included in the fees: Lodging, fuel, tolls, Friday lunch, extras.
    Paid Early911Sregistry member: 1 Car and 1 driver. (please provide your Early911Sreistry member #) 90 Euros
    Paid Early911Sregistry member: additional co-pilot. (addition to mandatory Paid Early911Sregistry member) 40 Euros
    Non Paid Early911Sregistry member: 1 Car and 1 driver. 100 Euros
    Non Paid Early911Sregistry member: additional co-pilot. (addition to mandatory Non Paid Early911Sregistry member) 50 Euros
    Saturday only fees :

    Inclusive: Grill Badge or Rallye plate+ Road book + Saturday Breakfast, Saturday lunch (excl. Drinks), Saturday coffee break.

    Not included in the fees: Lodging, fuel, tolls, extras
    1 car and 1 driver. 70 Euros
    Per co-pilot. 25 Euros

    LODGING :

    Be aware : Friday will start at Stuttgart and at the end of the afternoon we will head to Weissach for the diner (bbq). The rallye on saturday will start from Weissach too. Weissach is 40 minutes drive from Stuttgart, so it may be wise to book the night of the 25th in Stuttgart and the nigh of the 26th in Weissach.

    The Mercure Hotel in Stuttgart is great, i alway stay there. I will sign up, with a couple of guys from here too, Even though its close to RennReunion next year, but i hope to make it, and see you all.
