Amen, that car is so pretty, you could probably paint it any color and it would still look good.

That car is also pretty, I personally like the platinum, it's a far, far cry from sepia.

There are no "worst" colors for a 911. You're supposed to drive it from the inside.

I personally love Gold. By far not "worst". Saw one in flesh. Unique. Beautiful. You dont have to be always mainstream.

Some years ago everybody was for Ivory or Slate Grey…now people tend rather for Tangerine, Viper Green or Signal yellow.
I since think Irish Green and Metallic Blue are looking great on a 911. Its comes all down to (personal) taste and trends.

BTW the 1972 or 1973 24h Le Mans pace car -sponsored by Sonauto- was a 911 in Gold metallic.

+ 1 on gold...love it....On my list of least favorite colors is Silver...of which I own one...maybe it's not that Silver is such a bad color it's just that there are 100 million silver 911's....out there...I guess it was a milktoast choice and the German national color, so they painted tons of em Silver.

So, my '69 911S came from the factory Cocoa Brown (417). Do I spend 15K to bring it back to that factory color. It may be the only Cocoa Brown '69S in the world (don't know if that is a good or bad thing).
