    Went for a drive yesterday morning with John and Morrie. Stopped at a local creek crossing. It was so nice to see water flowing. This particular creek has been dry for the past 4 years or so.

    Decided to do a quick July 5th drive. The morning was cool and surprisingly comfortable. Return at 920am showed 87 on the local bank readout. Yes, it was hot and humid in the afternoon. A few random pics.

    Lonesome railroad trestle has morning quiet interrupted by our small group.




    Just another curvy road.


    Coming back into town the morning haze reminded me of being back in the foothills of NC.
