    New caretaker of 9112310813

I'm thrilled to finally be making this post after lurking on the registry for so long. A few months ago, I flew to Dallas with my best friend Clark and we drove back to San Jose in 9112310813. The car performed flawlessly, thanks in no small part to the previous owners' dedication to the car and the marque and fantastic maintenance at Mayo Performance. I'll be asking for advice and buying parts for many months ahead as I Attachment 313981Attachment 313980caretake this beautiful machine and enjoy the hell out of it! Thank you to the previous owners (I've been able to speak to some already and they were thrilled to spend time on the phone) and to all of the people who helped me find and get to be this 911's new owner. Driving this car brings me back to the days our family toured Europe and the east coast in my dad's '70-S Targa and he and I both look forward to autocross, DE events and touring on the west coast next summer.

Awesome! Nothing like a road trip in a newly bought car with a good bud. And that vintage picture of your Dad's car is priceless. Congratulations and enjoy the new car.

Wow. The early pictures are great. Curious to know who took them? Someone knew what he/she was doing. Congratulations on the car!
