Physically the car is a little rough around the edges. I bought the car from a client back in 2010 and didn't really know what to do with it. The chassis was sound with a little bit of rust in the front pan, cowl, A-pillars, and dash, and the paint wasn't bad enough to warrant a repaint but it wasn't good enough to show it on the lawn. I decided to just dump my parts into the car and just drive it; it's been all over the United States (I have pictures to prove it). In 2013 I decided to take the car POC racing where it ran in the front of the GT5 class for the entire season - the goal was to drive it to the track, race all weekend, and then drive it home. The car performed flawlessly. I also used it for daily-driver duties for two or three week stretches during that time.
This season I decided to get serious with the POC and we acquired a purpose-built racecar for the job. I took out the 2.5L engine and the Yellow 74 has been sitting in our storage warehouse ever since.
The car is not physically perfect, but you'll be hard pressed to find a car that is as solid and as capable as this one. I'm selling this car with a carbureted 3.0L engine that was removed from a client's SC after he wadded the car up on Mulholland. The motor runs well, but I cannot say for certain how many miles it has on it. The motor is not yet installed in the car, so the prospective buyer has options:
1) The car is SOLD.
Thanks for looking ... lots of pictures to follow when I have a chance to dig them up.
