    914-6 Seat Belt Question

I know there are some 914-6 experts here. I just scored some NOS seatbelts that came with all the mounting hardware and wanted to make sure I installed these correctly, can someone tell me which bolt goes where (3 different lengths). Also I think included is a holster for the seatbelt when not in use. One more item I am not sure on is a little plastic hook. Thanks for your help.

    Hi Mike,

The long bolt plus one washer (out of three) plus the spacer ring goes on the B-pillar mount, while the mounting eye is sandwiched between the two plastic washers. The shortest bolt plus washer on the receiver mounting eye, again sandwiched between plastic washers. The belt end mounting eye uses the other bolt. I don't know where the plastic hook gets mounted in a 914/6, this hook is certainly used in a 911 to hang the loose belt on when not in use.
