Mark, yeah they do make some pretty good stuff. I purchased inner/outer rockers from them as well as parcel shelf. I'm hoping it all comes together nicely once I get the gas tank support panel.

P.S. been thinking about saving up for a set of ST flares....

    Seb,
This part is one that should not be rushed when fitting
As you know it basically aligns the whole front end so just take your time and it will work out.
Plenty here know a shXt load more than I and as you know they are super generous with their knowledge, shout out if concerned and Im sure someone will assist.

Mark, I understand. I've watched the video of Restoration Design and I am being supervised by a friend who used to do this type of work for a living for many years. I'm open to any tips or suggestions from those who have done this repair before, I definitely wouldn't have attempted it on my own!

Seb, it's not shown in the picture, it's a part that has to be welded in.

    Logic prevails
Cut out the rot (hopefully within the replacement parts dimentions)
Temperary screw or spot weld when aligned
    Check, check and re check
    Mark, cut, weld.
    20 minutes max lol
    Later,
    Mark

I may give the Canadians a call tomorrow to verify. The pic on their website looks identical to the part Ed mentioned.
