Help sourcing seat hinge bolts (72T)

Just removed seats. Two bolts missing (see photos). Any leads on where to source? They appear to be botton head (more of a curved head than a true button head) with a tapered/cone-shaped neck, phillips, M6 x 1.5 cm and M6 x 1 cm bolts. Thanks.

Also, any links to threads on restoring and painting the black hinges? Driver's side latch cable is intact but needs to be tightened up a bit.

A few years ago I could not find chrome-plated metric machine screws for my seats. I did find oval head stainless screws at McMaster-Carr: www.mcmaster.com

Stoddard sells a seat screw kit with the right 6mm chrome round head screws...they sell it as a 356 part.

The recliner finish has been discussed in previous threads...it's not a true black crackle, but splattered glue then oversprayed with satin enamel. Cheap but effective.
