    Windshield Wiper Switch

    Hello anybody know if a 1971 Windshield Wiper Switch vil fit and work in a 1970?

    or said in part numbers could a: 901-613-302-04 replace a 911-613-302-00

    I think the 70 had may have had the intermittent feature but not the 71. When the intermittent relay fails I think there was a park problem. If the 70 had the intermittent feature there would have been one more position on the switch. I'll bet one could be made to work through a little creativity.

    Both of the two relays is removed, so may be this is the reason parking function is lost on the 70 edition then?

    Yes, you need the intermittent relay.

    Check with "Systems Consulting" they may rebuild those relays.
