What is the best way to cut speaker hole in Elephant skin doors?

Today looks like a good day to install the ultra cool Kenwood stereo in my 68S to replace that old one speaker original Becker. I got the stereo for free from a friend who was upgrading his in his turbo look (made from a 67S).
So what is the best way to cut a hole in Elephant skin door panels for the speakers?

Don't. I need a pair of these doorpanels without speaker holes.

Seriously, don't, buy a set with the speaker holes already cut out and sell these/put it in storage.

How best to cut? With a flame-thrower, for sure, but TODAY only!

Fritz, I would paint your door perimeter before worrying about speakers.
