Convert '66 to dual stage master cylinder: What parts needed?

I'm thinking it's time to do the conversion. Anyone have a list of parts needed, aside from the new master cylinder? Big question is do I need a new pedal assembly, or does the current one work?

    Thanks, Joe

the pedal cluster is the same only the rod that connects the master cylinder with the pedal is different.(i think longer)
you also need the later fluid container and lines to the master.and the brake lines need some modifications of course.

but this bit of work is wort the extra safety .

I converted my Euro 70 and the only thing I did was swap the master cylinders. No issues.

Sierra Madre used to sell a complete kit for the conversion...don't know if they still do. That's the one I used and it was a pretty straight forward job.

Classic Speed & Parts sells a nice kit with everything you need. Nice company and very knowledgeable owner.

I'm not sure if "Classic Speed & Parts" is around any longer. Look into a '68 vw bus or later reservoir is round and will fit in the same place and I think some early bmw's used round ones too. The reservoir need to chambers and feed lines.

I used a BMW reservoir (needs to have divided chamber) and mounted it in the original location. There was some plastic ear that I ground off then since it is larger diameter I used a spacer so the original mounting strap could be used. You'll need the brake lines from a dual circuit set up and an additional banjo for the pressure switch, and the pushrod from the dual circuit cylinder, as mentioned above.
