'73 S Targa #0830 2.7 MFI rebuilt to RS specs
Those are an interesting harness attachment configuration. They are cable inertial reels which can be locked or on inertial retraction. They are controlled by a switchable solenoid. Your shoulder harness can be loose and on inertial reel or locked fixed. One for street the other for track.
