911 GT 100 Liter fuel tank and sender

Sender dated 1/69. Have no idea if it works.
Tank has some surface rust and minor dents. Inside will clean up just fine with an acid bath.

I received an interesting PM last night from a Brit. He called me a very bad man because of my excellent pricing skills, specifically in regard to the travel kit I posted. Flattery will NOT win favor with me. Throwing out complimentary terms will NOT get you a discount. It may however provide fodder for some laughs until I grow bored.

This tank and sender is priced at $6900. If you're a buyer and believe it's not a fair price then I can raise it so that you won't think you're taking advantage of me. Seriously, I'm open to offers or interesting trades.

Thanks and have a nice day.

In the process of dipping tank.

I'll post pics after it's spic and span.

of the two repos I'm most familiar with one has the seam and the other is a one piece stamp for the entire top.

    Cool.
Now someone just needs to pony up.
Rusty made me a ridiculous offer that provided me great entertainment for 10-15 minutes.

Andy, If I would have known crayon added value I would have drawn on mine as well.
