Still being haunted by the bad experience Shaun@Tru6 and Michael Hackney (both members here) put me through with their misrepresentation of this car...it is now back up 'for sale' through PCAR MARKET (CCS Motors in Oyster Bay, New York). CCS is the entity I sold the car to, and unlike Shaun and Michael, I was very clear that it was NOT a numbers matching car and CCS is not claiming it is either...some of us are honest brokers.

Car is for sale on PCARMARKET. Engine number shown. I guess it's up to the buyer to decide. Ignorance is bliss? 2nd photo is fryardds '71 S.

I appreciate your perspective on this and am taking it seriously. In the meantime, I did show the serial number to an air cooled tech and he said it appears correct. I know it’s just one mans opinion but I’m hoping what is written on that forum is it true.
