Anyone remember Maria de Villota's 2012 test accident with Marrusia F1 Team?

Another shot from a Pelican thread shows a curb and grassy area on each side of the truck. Too bad Walker didn't have a chance to make it there. Glad everyone is alright:

I am glad MW is ok, and i am shure that Esposito or one of the many talented guys from california will fix 277.

He HAS to fix the car to save face ... he'll spin it and market it as some sort of resurrection after a magnificent racing shunt or some such garbage. But I've never seen a Magnus car that was up to the standards of "Esposito or one of the many talented guys from California."

HA! This made me laugh.

Don't fool yourselves, though, people. That 277 car was a clapped out, Time Trial track rat. It was only "nice" because it had history ... the car itself was pretty hammered. The day he blew up his motor chasing me around the Streets of Willow at the 2013 POC season opener the car looked the same as it did 10 years prior when Magnus was campaigning the car in Time Trials. I doubt it saw a lick of maintenance.

However, this is an opportunity to actually make it nice.
