He did get called back to the scene by the cops... wonder what they thought of the racing slicks on public roads. I was told the passenger door doesnt shut right anymore, and there is a kink in the roof but I bet that thing is already on a celete as we speak. I keep hearing Magnus is the nicest guy of all time, humble, kind, and generous with his time....but man, everything you get perceiving from the internet is tough to get over.

I really don't like to think this way but...it really was about time that something like this happened with him without the consequences being too harsh. THANK GOD neither Magnus or the reporter were hurt too bad. Hopefully he learns a lesson from this and tones his street driving down a bit. I bet the LA cops are having a little chuckle about Mr. Walker!

He is a regular user of oncoming traffic lanes on canyon roads. This is documented in his Urban Outlaw video and I've seen it happen in person ... around blind corners on numerous highways.

But when you're a self-proclaimed Outlaw you have to uphold certain standards...

Driving like a bat out of hell has its consequences.... Hopefully this will serve as a lesson for him to SLOW DOWN on public roads.

Consensus is cold tires and some bad judgement. Caught up in the moment stuff.

Car appears to understeer through the turn and go wide. He may have tried to catch it but the fat lady had sung. By the 4th picture the rotation was in full swing. The fact that he hit the double yellow (which has no coefficient of friction whatsoever) didn't help. Remember Allan Simonsen (RIP) hitting the paint at Lemans in '13 and having the car snap back, hitting the wall with the damn tree behind it?

He's lucky as hell the trailer didn't have the lift gate lower or it could have been a lot worse. (Maria de Villota comes to mind regarding that tragedy (RIP.)

But a lottery ticket. You are one lucky SOB.

Erik - Yes, most of us have done lots of illegal, sometimes boneheaded, driving in our Porsches. This is NOT that. It's not even close to that. Magnus was paid to be at this event to promote a business. There's legal responsibility that comes with that for him (and for the dealership, I suspect. And maybe even for Porsche themselves depending upon how this deal was structured). He didn't just happen to be an attendee who was out on his own screwing off with a friend in the car. They were specifically in the car to get video to promote the dealership and himself - this was a photoshoot gone bad.

Until I saw the video, I assumed this was at least being done in a vacant parking lot or an unused service road and a Mercedes inadvertently got in the way. Apparently not

It must be a bitch to live up to your legend, even when it's self created.

    Glad it wasn't worse.
