    Well the 911L is back in Melbourne after a very enjoyable 2000 miles. On the approaches into Melbourne the car felt like it could turn around and do it all again. The same could not be said for the driver!

    Two highlights of the trip - the Snowy Mountain Highway (where I explored the interesting part of the rev range in 4th and (ever so briefly) 5th gears. Second was winning 3rd outright in the Show N Shine ( a concours of sorts), after driving the car 800 odd miles to get there. What a wonderful little 48 year old car.
