What is Your Favorite Steering Wheel Diameter?

Which dia. wheel do you most enjoy driving with? (not a period correct or concours thing, the most enjoyable one)

if your fav is not listed, then just vote for the closest dia.

Interesting that you didn't include the 380mm RS/914 wheel diameter.
So far that's my fav, but I'd also do a 370 in a pinch.

350mm is my Favorite because with the 5-speed tranny in my 1969 and the stock wheel, my right knee is exactly where reverse and 1st gear are. By installing the smaller diameter, this is no longer an issue.

The original 380 wheel on my first 500 series RS because it still has fitted the rare and reputedly VERY fragile plastic horn push that so few survived even back in the day...so in addition to thrills of driving the car there is the extra adreneline rush of knowing I might destroy significant monetary value and originality every time I need to use the horn ! Russian roulette especially when driving in congested London/ SE England traffic. Never felt right to take horn push and or wheel off the car, however. That would be rather like my schoolfriend's grandparents who kept a room on their house "only for best and visitors" with plastic covers on the furniture and no one allowed to use the nice stuff in there. Pristine when they died but sad that never really enjoyed use of something they owned.

Both my early cars have 380 mm original RSR/914-6 GT wheels. Nobody out there is capable of covering the wheels like the original craftman did back in the day. The diameter of the wheel and think grip fit me the best.

Unlike SP (who is living on the edge ), I removed my original 380 wheel and fragile plastic horn button from the RS. I am not going to be the owner that cracks the wings of the horn.
