    Hilarious.

I understand places like Newport Beach have multi million dollar trailer parks but purposefully photographing your 911 in front of mobile homes for your ad is priceless!

Some sellers are clueless regarding optics.

But Frank, you don't know if #266 is a double wide... That's some serious coin in Newport Beach if it is... Might even have a lean to covered parking spot.

Have you ever wanted to play in the creek or jump sand dunes in a real Porsche 911? MotoeXotica Classic Cars offers you the opportunity with this one of a kind steel body 1969 Baja Porsche 911. This wild custom Porsche was built by well know classic car hunter Michael Lightbourn of New Mexico. If you never heard of this gentleman, we suggest you Google his name and be entertained by some really fascinating stories such as rediscovering Big Daddy Ed Roth’s long lost “Orbitron” in an adult sex shop in Juarez Mexico! A lost 23 T-bucket painted by Von Dutch, a rare all original Olympic Gold 1969 Z28 Camaro with 10,081 original miles, and some extremely rare and optioned classic Ford Mustangs found in Mexico’s countryside.

Lightbourn started this build with a very original 1969 Porsche 911 Coupe that he found on one of his adventures. After the build was completed the 911 was displayed at the 2017 Specialty Equipment Market Association event in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Using a real Baja Chassis as its foundation, this 911 boasts an all-steel body. The chassis and underside of the body have been coated with U-POL Raptor lining. Lightbourn informed us that the Stealth paint was purchased directly from the Air Force surplus and is the same finish used on the Stealth Bomber! The black satin, military stealth paint is in excellent condition. There’s a rack on the roof to store spare tires, gear, etc. The only piece of glass is the windshield. Instead of standard headlights, there are fog lights, a bank of cowl lights and a larger bank of roof lights, from Bully Dog.

This rig rides on Maxxis Bighorn light truck knobbies, size 30X9.50R15 at all four corners. Each large tire wraps around a black, 15-inche custom three-piece billet OMF performance racing wheels. The tires and wheels are in excellent condition. The car has six high-performance Exit shock absorbers, too.

In back is a Volkswagen 2.3L flat four-cylinder engine breathing via quad exhausts and bolted to a four-speed manual transmission. This is a one of a kind custom vehicle and is sold on a bill of sale only (no title). Not intended for street use.

Inside are a pair of black 911 style racing seats that are in great condition. The three-spoke steering wheel looks good, as does the instrument panel chock of full of Autometer gauges save for a speedometer and odometer. The car has an ARC Audio system, too which was displayed at their booth for SEMA 2017.

The Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) of the automobile aftermarket was formed in 1963 by Roy Richter, Willie Garner, Bob Hedman, Robert E. Wyman, John Bartlett, Phil Weiand Jr. Al Segal, Dean Moon and Vic Edelbrock, Jr. and now consists of 6,383 companies worldwide, bringing together aftermarket manufacturers, original equipment manufacturers (OEM) media, car dealers, specialty equipment distributors, installers, retailers and restoration specialists.

SEMA provides services for employees of its member companies that include education and professional development, market research, legislative and regulatory advocacy, industry publications, international business development and business-to-business events.

If you really want one of the most unique Porsche 911s in the world, please stop by MotoeXotica Classic Cars today to check out this one-of-a-kind custom built baja buggy!

    BaT Description:

This 1970 Porsche 911T has been modified with a 3.2L flat-six mated to a 915 5-speed manual transaxle, a repaint in light blue over widened steel fender flares, multi-piece wheels, 1977 brakes and interior components, an external oil cooler, and more. The car was acquired three years ago by the seller, who subsequently performed a top-end refreshment with new seals and injectors as well as a valve adjustment. This 911T was recently moved from New York to Georgia, and is offered in the Atlanta area with transferable New York registration.

The car was repainted in light blue three years ago following the installation of new floors according to the seller. The exterior is modified with steel fender flares reportedly installed in the 1990s, fiberglass bumpers and turn signal buckets, and a ducktail engine lid. Other alternations include blacked-out trim and dual exhaust outlets. Multi-piece wheels with black centers wear Firestone tires up front and BFGoodrich rubber out back. Suspension modifications include aluminum trailing arms, while braking is handled by 1977-model rotors and calipers.

The interior is fitted with tan cloth seats which were reportedly sourced from a 1977 911. Additional equipment includes a 4-spoke steering wheel, Rennline pedal boards, a Sony CD player, and more. The odometer shows 49k miles, with total mileage unknown. The seller has added approximately 3k miles during his three years with the car.

The 3.2-liter flat-six is said to have received top-end work under current ownership including a valve adjustment as well as installation of new seals, and injectors. An external oil cooler has been added along with 12AN lines and fittings. Records for the work are unavailable.

    BaT Description:

This 1972 Porsche 911T was sold new at Northland Imports Inc. of Marquette, Michigan, and was modified during previous ownership in the style of a Carrera RS with steel fender flares, fiberglass bumpers, body graphics, and 16″ Fuchs wheels. The car shows 85k miles and wears a repaint in its original color of Gold Metallic over a brown leatherette interior. Power comes from a numbers-matching 2.4L flat-six featuring PMO carburetors and MSD ignition, and recent maintenance is said to have included carburetor rebuilds, a valve adjustment, and the installation of a new oil supply line, shift linkage bushings, and spark plugs. This 911T was purchased by the seller two years ago and is now offered with recent service records, a Porsche Certificate of Authenticity, factory literature, and a clean South Carolina title in the seller’s name.

The car was reportedly modified in the late 1990s with RSR-style steel fender flares and was subsequently repainted in its original color of Gold Metallic (88). Fiberglass bumpers and a rear decklid have been installed, and Carrera graphics are present on the sides. The rear windshield is said to be lacking a factory-style seal. Black-centered 16″ Fuchs wheels wear Toyo Proxes T1R tires measuring 225/50 up front and 245/45 at the rear. New brake calipers were reportedly installed during the seller’s ownership. A pre-sale inspection by Zuffenhaus Eurowerks of Charlotte, North Carolina was commissioned by the seller in preparation for the sale, and the results, indicate that the suspension is in need of new spring plate bushings.

The brown leatherette interior features brown carpets and a black dashboard. A tear in the driver’s seat bolster is noted, and the car is equipped with shoulder belts. Interior modifications consist of an Eclipse CD player and an aftermarket steering wheel. The 5-digit odometer shows 85k miles, approximately 1k of which were added by the seller. The parking brake is said to be in need of adjustment.

The 2.4L flat-six is paired with a 5-speed manual transaxle. PMO carburetors have replaced the factory mechanical fuel injection system, and the Bosch ignition system has been replaced by MSD 6AL digital ignition. Service performed in the last two months reportedly included rebuilds of the carburetors, a valve adjustment, and new fluids. A new oil supply line was also installed, along with a new battery, shift linkage bushings, and spark plugs. The results of a January 2019 compression test are available in the gallery and show between 130-140 psi across all cylinders. A left-bank exhaust leak is noted, and the car is in need of new engine mounts and a new crankcase vent gasket. Stamping *6123984* matches that listed on the provided Porsche Certificate of Authenticity as well as the transaxle stamping.

The Porsche Certificate of Authenticity lists the factory equipment, colors, and serial numbers as well as the original production date of June 1972. Recent service records and factory literature are included in the sale.
