    WTT: Nice 2-in, 1-out Leistritz (901.011.08 11/67) for Leistritz sport muffler

    Starting to feel bad about modifying a nice original 2-in, 1-out Leistritz muffler into a 2-in, 2-out sport muffler, as someone might need it and have the sport muffler I was going to turn this into.

    Is that you? I'm in Northern California, and am open to trades. This one is not rusty, last I checked, and has minimal dents. Suspect it would clean up VERY nicely. If there's interest, I'll post some pics up. Feel free to post what you've got.

    Hello, I have a Leistritz 2/2 sport muffler in very nice, repainted condition and would be interested in trading for a 2/1 Leistritz in similar condition. I can get the date and some pictures on mine (still on the car) this weekend if you are interested, I think it is late '70's. I'm in Atlanta.

    You're the first to respond, and I'll see if I can pull the muffler off of my car this weekend and take some photos. Wish I'd taken some before I put it on, but was in a hurry to get back to driving.

    It's in nice, unpainted condition—so not as pretty as repainted, but perhaps more informative as to its true condition.
