    And 10 more.

Photo #6 shows Jeff Jensen's '73 2.7 RS, recently gone through and partially refurbished, with Jeff doing all the work himself.

Photo #10 is of ol' Ruprecht, celebrating its 11th anniversary + one day of my stewardship. The most enjoyable Porsche I've owned so far……..turned 5000 miles yesterday on the way home from EASY.

The final set is all about one of the new visitor's recently purchased Cayman GT4. The owner was lucky enough to find it new at one of the local Porsche dealerships after the deal for the car fell through with the buyer who had ordered it. The new owner is planning his first track outing with the car next weekend at Willow Raceway and promises to report on his driving experience next month at EASY.

Visually, it's a very tidy and impressive car, and it's easy to understand why so many road test and driving reports on the model are full of praise for what is widely said to be the most accessible and drivable high-performance Porsche available today.

    Thanks for looking,

    JZG

Ahhhh the sixties... I envision myself one early Saturday morning wearing plaid shorts, black shoes with white socks smoking a cigarette heading to the hardware store to buy a bag of nails.
SWB cars are an acquired taste however once acquired theirs no turning back.

It actually turned out to be quite pleasant, just not tee shirt and shorts weather, as I predicted. Lots of smiling faces and a bunch of great cars helped to warm the street up. Poor Jeff Jensen had to park his Orange 73 CarreraRS on the side street 'cause he got here just a tad bit too late.

    Regards

    Jim
