400mm steering wheel part number question

Hi there, hope this is the right part of the forum to ask a 400mm steering wheel part number question. I have seen, and heard of, a number of 400mm steering wheels with a part # ending in .20. I think there was a feeling that they had a slightly thicker rim than the standard .10 wheels - is that right? It also seems that they often/always fairly crudely overstamped with "RB" and a date. Apart from being my initials - which probably isn't the explanation - can anyone explain what that is about. Grateful for your views/referrals to other sources. Many thanks, Robert

I have a '71 400mm wheel that has the "RB" and ends with .20, looks pretty standard to me.
