    ‘73 targa mystery wires

Can someone help determine what are these two wire for?

The first one is the black wire I’ve highlighted with the red line/arrow in this picture.
It is under the dash on the left hand side of the steering wheel.

The second one, is on the left steering stalk, brown and white. The one I’m holding.
I know it is not for the horn as I’ve used the other two brown from the right stalk and the horn is working properly.

The brown one in steering column is not used. The black I don't know without referring to wiring schematic which I'll do later. Does everything work is usually the first test.

    Thanks edmayo!
I will tuck the brown wire away.
So far everything works but still have to finish connecting all the wiring.
This black one I’m not sure where it goes!

Everything works… there is no power to this black wire… I’ll tuck it away
