These cars were used as taxis everywhere but here and the U.K. In those years. Lived in Singapore in the late 60s - they were everywhere. 190s right on up. Mostly stick shift, and indestructible!!!

I don't have a 911 yet, but I would keep the 69E, from your description.

My Dad bought one pre owned with very little miles in lapis blue in 1986. I loved when the turbo spooled up. Great car and built to last. Even though they were undercoated very well from the factory, with higher miles this under sealant gets a few chinks and the salt roads kill the bodies but the motor just keeps going. I used to wash and detail this car for my Dad every week or so when i was 17 and remember thinking how well made every time.

    I'd keep the Einspritzer.

yes - get rid of the sub-urban

you will be surprised how selling 2 other cars alters your 911 experience

sold the e30 m3 and the m roadster, so feeling better about having fewer wheels and cylinders to care for.

love the e30 m3 and would have liked to keep it, but mine wasn't the best example around, so it was the right decision

still have them both early 911's first world problems.

a friend is keen on the silver E...

    Update to the thread...

Traded the E with a good friend... I added some cash and got his 2007 gt3rs. Totally different car... I already have a 2007 gt3, but I felt like this was my best chance to move into an RS...

    Current fleet:

    1971T Pastel Blue
    1996 Speed Yellow C4
    2007 basalt black gt3
    2007 silver gt3rs
    1985 300d
    2016 BMW M2 daily driver

May end up selling the 2007 gt3, but they're such great cars

Thanks to everyone for their input... even if I didn't follow the general consensus
