    Re "expert / Arbiter,, Here in NZ we have Specialist Automotive Engineers, You will have them in the UK
    Their common usage is to inspect Crash Vehicle Panel Shop repairs to make sure they are done to the "factory spec" rebuild to cover the vehicles manufactures warranties
    and as important "Insurance Company Liabilities"

    Ask either some "top end" panel shops who deal with Euro cars,,, Im sure you will find someone close to home.
