    Those were sold to me as 2 piece from a 69. The photo may look that way but they are not cut in half. I didn't take a very good photo of the ends. They have enclosed ends, no cuts.

    I am not particularly familiar if those are '69 only knee pads, if so, they can be vinyl wrap like the 65-68 single knee pad.

    Not 69 only but 69, 70, 71 are the same,,,at least that is what I've been told.
