    So here is a early stater I think Came offfmy 65 around 7 years ago when I had my clutch and fly wheel done .TheIMG_20160228_150229893.jpgIMG_20160228_150300204.jpg starter would not fit after the flywheel replacement

    THAT would be a correct "901" starter. Is that a "4" in the date code, making in 104 or Oct. 1964 which makes perfect sense. Thanks.

    It's upside down...doesn't it say 410? Assumedly the same date, though? The knowledge base here is incredible...

    So I know we are talking starter but Ihave so picture of my front bumpIMG_20160228_150739506.jpgIMG_20160228_150754998.jpgIMG_20160228_150813098.jpgbers I am confused about the little holes they came off my 65 but they may have been replaced,the chrome on the back side has no slots
