Who makes the most correct engine bay stickers for 1966 911

    Hello gents,

With so many aftermarket engine bay decals around with different foil materials and wrong info, which vendor has come up with the most accurate set of 5 decals for the engine bay of a 1966 911?

    Thanks.

    Contact Pawel w/ Noboco http://car-bone.pl/

He has the red-line on gold foil...plus about a zillion others...but you have to hunt around on his site to find it...;-)

Jay, there was a discussion a while back about this. "Alan UK" mentioned above is Canford Classics. His product was compared to those from Aase Sales in that older thread.

    Hope you're well.

Hi Chris, just found out that Alan UK and canford Classics are one and the same. Based on my reserch in the past, they were highly recommeded. But in the last couple of years there have been a couple of new suppliers that I hear have come up with great products so I'm checking if they're still the top choice. Thanks for the input.

Yes I follow them on instagram. They have so much to offer just haven't seen their quality. Have you ordered from them? Do you mind posting pics? Will look them up as well.

    Thanks.

    Hello Bill,

Always good to hear from you. As I mentioned earlier in my recent reply to Chris, Canford Classics was highly recommended in my research a few years back. I'm glad to get confirmation from you. I just might go with them unless someone suggests a better output from someone else.

BTW, I had to repaint 524 as I finally had the courage to take out the paint code plate and underneath was the correct color paint untouched. Will send you pics once we put it together. Hope to see your projects too.

    Cheers,

    Jay

    Hi Jay,

I bought a set of the stickers from Alan only a month ago for my 70'...they are excellent quality and would highly recommend them. On the other name mentioned above http://car-bone.pl/ I purchased the door vin sticker, my painter decided to remove the original It was also excellent repro, so their engine bay decals may well be just as good as Alans

We seem to have 2 threads on this topic. What's interesting is that the threads seem to disagree as to who makes the correct stickers.
