    Thanks for all the replies and interest! Should have stock of this new
    book in two to three weeks. Will post here again to keep you informed
    on progress. As you can see from the picture posted, we have final
    review copies. A quick read for spelling and possible error checks, and
    we go for final publication and printing. Thanks!
