    Bumper end cap question

    Its for a 68 911S targa
    The porsche parts book is not clear but there seems to be different version not documented

    Question is
    Did all version of the 68 had those or is it an S trim thing
    I see there are aluminium one. Mine are SS but they were in a box of spare i got when i bought the car so i not sure if they belong there
    Which one do i need

    At least i know they need to be SS satin

    Hi,

    Nothing on the front on a 68. Mine are SS, you can have brushed or satin finish. Most go with brushed, it matches to the rest of the surfaces better, and it's easier to maintain. The originals I have were slightly brushed.
