Any Demand? SWB Turn Signal Seconds

    ** SOLD **

I'm on my third chrome plater with SWB turn signal housings. The ones coming in now are very nice, truly concours level, which is what I promise. However, in the process of getting there I have accumulated several turn signal housings that have been replated to what I would call street level. They're not bad, but they have defects that make them fall short of perfect. And my current plater says he can't redo them.

Seems like a waste to have them sitting around as they're good for a driver (does anyone have one of those anymore?). My thought is that I could install the relatively inexpensive lenses without the Bosch lettering and sell them at reasonable prices. Anyone interested?

    Thanks,
    John

I don't need housings but I could sure use proper reproductions of Euro tail light lenses.

    John,

Can you post the picture of the housings to show imperfections? Also I'd like to see relatively inexpensive lenses you've got.

    Martin...

The defects vary from housing to housing. Always very small but unique. I'm going to go ahead and build a set and post detailed pictures. Back soon.

    Cheers,
    John

OK, I managed to capture the flaws to some extent - hard to photograph given my limited ability.

(I couldn't get the defects on the others to show)

Here's what they look like with lenses mounted:

Set with new Euro or U.S. non-BOSCH lettering lenses: $875.00
Set with new Euro or U.S. BOSCH lettering lenses: $1,175.00

Without the defects and mounted with BOSCH lettering lenses I sell these for $2,000.00

    Thanks,
    John
