    What are the chances that photo is of the car? Targa: check, Porsche logo on doors: check, rear wiper: check.

    Door handles for the dieteren car is a later model.

    I think the race car has vents on the Targa bar, so agree they are not the same car.

    Targa, max power, flares, no further warranty, lived in Germany or Holland, possibly a police car.....

    Well I saw an undercover 2015 Mustang GT in yellow today.
    Never saw a 60's period police car in yellow

    If you planted it into the wall the yellow fire truck will come to your rescue.

    I saw that new yellow Mustang cop car on SR51 today.
    Very stealthy.
