    Found date code on main body of air box. 12/65 is stamped in a circle.

    My guess is it means 12th week 1965.
    The earliest ones had rounded ends and no baffle inside. If anyone is looking for a right hand side (largest part) of such an airbox I have one spare. You can e-mail me harperdeeside@aol.com for pictures if you are interested.
