Drama in EU will probably be a big factor.
It would be interesting to survey European enthusiasts to see how much they're pulling back?
My friend Hardy is a Porsche buyer for the German market and lives in Germany. Seemed like he was over here every 6 weeks on a buying trip. Could not keep cars in stock. I have not seen him Since February
Lars,
Need to start calling you the projecteer.
You definitely have a fetish.
Market is down on the open.

Just got word from my "insiders" at PCA NA that my 72 S engine is matching...Whoohoo.
COA will let me know what I have vs what I should have...as to factory accessories. Unfortunately, looks like factory AC was an item. I live at 8200 ft and don't need AC.
I have a few 2.4 S inductions that ( I no longer will be needing) that will be offered up shortly

COA finally arrived...says the car was originally light yellow with a brown leatherette interior. Options were Blaupunkt, white fog lights, michelins, tinted glass and AC.
I'm ok with all of that except the AC. Engine has no remnants of AC and I'm fine with that. Engine is a match, however no trannie numbers/type listed...is that typical for a COA?

First to go is the turbo tail...don't ask me why. Then the front "wrong" front rubber bumperettes...needed to go away. Amco rear bumper bar accessory got deleted. Found a nice decklid in the correct color...sort of. Kind of in between flat black and light yellow...nice enamel badge though (thanks Steve .
Mirrors get replaced with correct non-fitapaldi small flag chrome mirrors. And the nice dark blue glass tint will be leaving shortly. Think I will continue to delete non-correct parts...rebuild the brakes, flush the systems and pop the engine in. May as well get it running and drive it as correct (not pretty but correct) and then tear it apart and restore it back to light yellow.
