Sweet Porsche Production Videos - Modern & Old School

You guys have all probably seen these, but here are 2 Porsche production videos at 2 very different eras in manufacturing techniques. The first is a 2016 video with all the cool automation and robotics that now build these awesome machines:

At the other end of the spectrum, this second Porsche production video is OLD SCHOOL based on the plethora of 356's they were churning out before it cuts over to 911's around the 6m mark. The (non-subtitled) German commentary starts at just under a minute into the video. I particularly like the shot of the guy using his feet to mount the transmission at the 1m10s mark!

Definitely find some time to watch these videos side by side, and my search now begins to find the sweet soundtrack to the second video

You won't have to restore them as they will all be preservation cars. When I was at the factory last year and saw the late installation of the roofs, I believe they are bonded on as well as the bolts. Gordon

Very 'Terminator' with those robotics today.... makes 'Made By Hand' look to be older than over 50years ago....Was very relaxing though as my 'backround' while I was working....No horrible music overtones and visually easy to watch....
