    please donīt use water.

Be carefull and use German Army Duck Tape as a "picker" for the styroform. Piece by Piece.
Hold a Piece of tape between two fingers and contact the adhesive side to the styroform, the styroform will been bounded more to the tape than to the leather and should be removed.
Will take some time but best Option for the leather.

Try a good vacuum cleaner to remove the easy ones first...

Thanks for all the suggestions. I'll report back, with photos, after some testing of process.

And the answer to imbedded popcorn seats is:
    Tried Goof-off & Goo-gone (Non-'Series 900' brand, Frank) and was relatively ineffective.
Best process I tried was compressed air nozzle to blow off larger chunks, which also lifted some of the pancaked edges of the smaller popcorn, followed by an aggressive tape. Tape was pressed hard and fingernail seated into the basketweave and it cleaned up virtually all remaining residue particles.
See For Sale parts side of this forum for the photo results tomorrow.
    Thanks - Hank
