    WTB: various for 70 Targa

    Guys ..restoring 70 targa S need following items
    - orig complete/operational steering wheel needing restoration or restored to high degree
    - early snail horns
    - front windshield
    - targa trim (chrome )
    - tail light housings and lenses also needing restored or restored to high degree.
    - door strikers
    - door handles
    Any NOS items ...

    Frank here is a steering wheel on the Samba dated 3/69. http://www.thesamba.com/vw/classifie...php?id=1926100

    I think this is the part number you need: 901.347.081.10 and it is a 400mm size.

    If date doesn't matter here is the same wheel 901.347.081.10 on Ebay but dated 6/72. You could send it off to Don at Dallas Custom Steering Wheel and have it rewrapped for $375.

    NOS passenger side door striker for sale in the ad section.
    One sold in something like 5 minutes and one more for sale.

    I have this set the drivers side has a shallow scrape on it that you probably could polish out, passenger side is very good as is.

    What year are the gold ( yellow) colored door strikers from? All the ones I have from my 1970 911's are silver in color.
