    Inside of key fob

It's a bit difficult to photograph, but the inside of the pouch is gray.

Wow...$600 for a key fob. I ran upstairs to look for one that I remembered seeing years ago. I FOUND IT! (Also found an original orange bar hood badge with a chip out of one of the orange bands.) But I am missing the little round key holder at the end. If anybody has the round key holder I would like to buy one. So what is the story behind these fobs? Were they dealer accessories or were they delivered with the car. What year 911's would one consider these are period correct?

Funny thing Orbit's looks more original to me, the Porsche logo stamp on his has the same deep vertical lines in the bars as the one on my Maroon Manual cover:

    key fobs

Mike -- There are many different versions with different types of leather and also different inside colors -- see attached photo of my other fobs. I guarantee that what I am selling is original NOS.

I believe yours is original. It must predate the maroon covers so maybe '65-'66.

600 is cheep, cheep! I have some 356 Reutter key fobs used that would fetch significantly more. Two A fobs, one black and one blue. One B/C fob in red.
