Just received information that profession never was stated on the Kardex, only names so Zahnartz/dentist seems out of the window..

Hi Erik, I'm also interested to get the Kardex for my 1968 911. Are you still offering this service? Thanks, Andreas

Yep, I still have access. It's 200 USD or 180 euros to erik.kouwenhoven@kpnplanet.nl by Paypal. Just mention your VIN number with the payment and you'll get a hi-res copy within a week by mail.

First owner is printed on Kardex and company exists on the same address.
Second owner is written in such a way that for me it is not readable. I can make up Stuttgart but the rest not..
Anyone would like to take a shot?

Yes, its definitely written "Zahnarzt , Stuttgart". First word is a family name, but hard to understand, maybe "Sain", Kain, Rein.."
So, its "Family name, Dentist, Stuttgart".

Above, "Nachfolger" is follower, new owner, inheritance.
So its the "new owner of the Chemical factory Pfinder in Böblingen, at Rudolf Diesel street".

Just a shot in the dark...
The name could also be "Saur" (a variant of the family name Sauer). I don't think that there is actually a dot on the "i" rather than some "debris" on the copy of the kardex.
The first letter is pretty similar to the "S" from Stuttgart. Same with the "a" and "r".
I only found 11 Saurs in Stuttgart. Might wanna give it a try...

What used to be written on a piece of paper got transferred on microfiche in 1971.

In general its illegal to the factory to hand out copies of their kardex, people used to sued them over privacy reasons. Thats why only COA are authorised by the factory.

A few members got access to these kardex nevertheless via a private contact active here, but as a company Porsche is breaking the law (both Europeans as US) to give them out to the public. Thats why you cant get them directly. And it seems microfiche is not a technique who can be decifered easy.

    There are two exceptions:
It seems personal visits to the Porsche archives in Stuttgart alows one to check kardex and even built sheets of each car one today owns, if ownership is legit and there are important reasons one gets granted access.
And any Porsche car ever imported and sold to Switzerland via its swiss importer can get a copy of its "Amag Wagenkarte", giving infos almost as much as on a kardex, this is valid from any Swiss Porsche from 1951 up to its day. Amag was the sole importer for those cars and built up an company archive on all cars they ever sold, independent of anybody else. The amag archive still exists, unique in the world.

    Really?
I mean, how would it be possible for me to see the build sheets of my car, and certainly have information that Porsche France was unable to obtain?
