    Engine lid grill difference

    Ok I am working on details while its freezing here
    I have 2 engine lid grill
    I know one is wrong as it is a 5 bar grill and ot was painted so i am redoing it
    It can be taken apart to be stripped and polished
    The aluminum bars have a T shape to them
    With a depression in the middle and the finish is polished aluminium
    Which i know is right for up to 68
    But 68.5 and later is not clear
    I read that there is a 68 69 only thing
    The other grill i have is all black and the bars are U shape
    So is this a 70 and later or the correct one

    Is the right one a T shape with no depression and polished or a U shape polished

    The U shape does not look like it can be taken apart
