    Value of original key

This is a simple brain teaser for the ESR. If you do or don't possess an original ignition key for your SWB or prized car, what value would you put on having an original key versus having a remake?

Thanks in advance. Why the question? Well, for the past 13 years, I thought I lost my only original key. I could not find it anywhere. Between my spouse and I, we looked everywhere and often without success. A real head scratcher, and a source of down to the bone irritation that was at times hard to accept. Where the hell was it?

Well, we just found it! Holy crap.

Found it in my 12 year old daughter's closet in a strange keepsake type of box. How it got there I do not know, but I'm very happy and grateful for such a simple and stupid little item being found. It has caused me to reflect on all things "Porsche" and all things "important" in life. Stupid? Yes, I know, but its the new year, and so and a time of reflection...so what do you think?

Wishing you all a Happy New Year! I hope you find what you are looking for. I found what I was looking for, I had it, and just didn't know it!
