    correct 1969 parts?

I am scrapping a 1969 that was converted to a 1974 at some point in its life.

It is a parts donor for my 1969T resto.

    Wondering about the following:

Are the door panels and rear panels factory with the speakers holes in them?
Are they correct 1969 door handles?
Is the truck lid correct for 1969?
    Are seat belts correct?
Are the rear seat pockets original?
Is the RPM guage correct for a 69T?

Can anybody tell me if these remaining parts are still original 1969?Name: IMG_5641.JPG

No speaker holes in a '69 except in the dash.
    Door handles look OK.
If those are the front seatbelts, they should be three point harnesses, with mounting points on either side of the seats (attached to the seat), and one high on the door pillar, and should probably be black. Should also be seat belts in the back. Seatbelts should have a sewn on tag stating MFG. in '68 or '69.
Also, no pockets on the back of the front seats, and all of the gauges should have date stamp on the back.

    thanks.
I wonder if the door panels and interior trim panels are from a later model that offered speaker holes?
Any idea on the model year of the door panels?

The speaker perforations are custom, probably done by the same guy who did the pockets on the back of the front seats....not offered from the factory on later years, either.

The door pockets, lids and pulls are definitely later 70's.
Same guy must have done mine ......!
    Good luck with renovation.

I just finished a full resto of a '69T that had been converted to a later 'look' in '73. Your scrapper doesn't have much '69 about it. The dash is wrong, though the fascia is OK. The seats look '69, if you gut them and redo them. I guess you have a lot of work and scrounging ahead of you. Have fun! That's the point.

Dash looks like one of those replacement dashes from the 70's/80's that doesn't have the removable speaker grill. My 69s has the same dash that was a replacement at some point in it's past.

1969T sand beige with beige interior.

    VIN: 119122198

My plan is to salvage all the glass, trim and door guts from this car for my 1969T donor tub. (also sand beige with tan interior.)
I will also use the deck lid as i need that too.

I also need the guages, steering column, gas tank and electrical from the dash which will work perfect.

The seats appear to be good donors although the door panels and dash might not be used in my build if they are not truely correct.

The tub is twisted, but rust free so i can cut out sections of metal if needed for my other 69T tub.
