What are People Using for Missing Bolts on Engine Grill

Missing the attaching bolts on my '72 - '73 engine lid grill, what are people using in place of these. I don't see how you could get the original t-bolts back into the slots.

I would like to know also would buy one for sale on here if I knew how to replace the bolts without drilling out the original rivets
