Thumbs up Congrats to Nick P. and Randy ...

BIG congrats to Nick Psyllos (and son Matthew and wife Adele) for the vision, stewardship, and driving...
And to Randy Wells for his words and super photos for the new Excellence 5 page article 'Mr. T & Me' ....

Nick's drop dead beautiful tangerine '72 ST look was one of THE show stoppers at this year's Luftgekuhlt.... AND it ran as good as it looked at the RGruppe's track day at Thunderhill....

    Hat's off guys.... Well deserved....

Thanks guys. I will say that doing this article was fun; Randy is a real pro in every regard as a contributor to the publications he's involved with. There really are a bunch of people who are active on the forum and/or in our aircooled Porsche community that had a big part in my build that provided direction, inspiration, parts and work on the car. I'd like to recognize those folks but I'll do that on an upcoming build thread which I'll start soon.

Here's a before/after shot of the car. The "before" is what I bought from Michael (flares and bumpers on the ground); the "after" is taken at the shop on the day we sent to car out for upholstery, so it's not quite finished. These photos were taken ~4 years apart.

    Thumbs up

    Great pic Randy....

Besides our own John Dilger on the left, Nick himself in the middle, and Harvey W. on the far right.... The guy just in to Harvey's right is his older brother Al.... A VERY cool dude...and been in our Porsche world forever.....
