If it helps, here's the updated list of Monterey events from my PCA Region's Calendar.

Just about all the TBDs are gone.

Added: Metal Exposed, showcasing the fine are automotive photography of Early 911S Registry member John Straub, Early 911S Registry - Cruise-in at Pacific Grove, and a showing of McLaren, the Movie.

You can get the latest highway information from the CalTrans Quickmap.

Thu, 17-Aug-2017 Pebble Beach Tour d'Élégance Ocean Avenue, Carmel-by-the-Sea
Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion Laguna Seca
Dan's Drive to Hahn Winery Safeway, Carmel, CA
Cancelled Till 2018: Rick Cole Auctions Monterey Marriott Hotel

I'd also like to suggest breakfast at Paris Bakery in Monterey. It's a tasty--if not extraordinarily healty--way to start the day. It's also near Bank of America if you need to visit the Versateller ATM.

I made it to monterey! We went up to big bear yesterday morning at 6am, and then cruised down through lucerne valley and mojave desert. Hot at 105 degrees, but a great drive. I got in around 1:30am last night. Happy to be here... Have been doing some shooting along the way, none of which I can share from my real camera, but here's an iphone shot. If you want to follow my travels in detail your best bet is going to be via instagram or facebook. I'll still try to post here some though.

You took my advice and ran UT 12 up from Escalante! Well done. That pic is on the Hog's Back climbing out of Escalante. Looks like you had it to yourself. Nice. First time I did it, there wasn't a soul on the road. The second time we got stuck behind some clueless jerk driving 15-20 with a carload of four adults constantly pointing left and right. Sheesh...

Yes I did! It was great, my favorite spot of the trip. We got there at sunrise...
