Auto Total Extinguisher. dated 1967. 911R. 906, 910 ST etc.

I have decided to part with the jewel in the crown in my collection due to the ST money pit i am building.

This is the earliest Auto Total extinguisher i have ever seen. The date stamped in the lid is April 67. It also has 67 embossed into the plastic under the ink stamp. This series of extinguishers were used by the Porsche factory racing team to combat any incidents in the cockpit of there racing cars during the 67 season.

Images attached show the unit present in the factory 910 at Le mans in 67. The unit is also present in the front of R3.

This unit is complete with it's original bracket and rubber buffers. The strap is complete. The earliest and finest unit i have ever seen with perfect patina that would enhance the interior of any factory competition car or the finest replica build.

This unit is £800 UK pounds shipped worldwide. Price is firm on this rare piece.

£530.00 to a UK buyer as there will be no aircraft shipping involved. I know of a couple of great 67-68 cars in the UK that this would look a picture in..!
